In its shelves you'll find guides and critical studies about the Basilica, the pictures of the Royal Pantheon, the Treasure or about the whole monument, in several languages; besides, some books and guides about other monuments in León and province and some of the monuments contemporary with St. Isidoro. The Museum Library is specializad in medieval subjects: History, Poetry and Architecture... You can also buy the books edited by the University of Leon.

For the lovers of old books there is a vaste list of facsimile editions of some of the incunabula contained in the Library:
· Etymologiarum II. De Mathematica (St. Isidoro), facsimile of the incunable nº CLIII, printed in 1483.
· Hortus Sanitatis. De Avibus, de piscibus, facsimile of the incunable nº CLVI, printed in 1497.
· Hortus Sanitatis. De herbis I,II, facsimile of the incunable nº CLVI, printed in 1497.

It has also been published a facsimile edition of the Visigothic-Mozarab Bible, as well as the book "Veinte estudios", a scientific research on the Codex, thanks to the coordinated efforts of four institutions from León:
Chair of St.Isidoro from the Royal Colegiata, Hullera Vasco-Leonesa Foundation, University of León, and Lancia Editions. The beautiful edition reproduces, to the last detail, the original book. In addition to this book, a critical edition with twenty studies about the Bible has been edited.

The Museum Library is a place of reference for those who want to deep in the Medieval Ages, for those already experienced in such activities or for the eager readers, even for kids.
